At Emerald Communities, we partner with MoneyGauge to provide a Financial Assessment tool that helps you explore whether you may qualify financially to become a resident in a Life Plan Community.
While this tool is designed to be a reliable starting point, please note that our final qualifications are based on third-party actuarial data to ensure the long-term financial stability we’ve maintained since opening.
Taking the first step toward residency is simple and designed to give you peace of mind. Here’s how the process works:
Start with the Financial Assessment – After completing the initial MoneyGauge assessment (link shown on above button), schedule a visit of Heron’s Key.
Join Our Waitlist – Secure priority access to available apartment homes and cottages by joining our waitlist. Our team will provide you with the necessary forms during your visit.
Complete a Heron’s Key Financial Assessment – This ensures a more detailed review based on our actuarial standards.
Reserve Your Home – When the apartment you desire becomes available, secure it with a 10% deposit of the entrance fee.
Health & Updated Financial Assessment – A health review and updated financial assessment will be scheduled.
Move In – About 60 days after receiving your approval letter, you’ll be ready to begin your new life at Heron’s Key.
